Getting a proposal for our services

If you have a client in need of any of our services, let us know and after a quick chat about their situation, we can assess what services would be suitable and give you a rough estimate of the price and send you some information as to why Xoba is the best choice for you client.

At this point, you can inform your client and ask them to consider their options. If they agree, then we can arrange a group zoom meeting or meeting in person to discuss the proposal in more detail.

In the meeting, we will outline to the client how we will work together, and present a blueprint for the services to be provided going forwards to bring your accounting function to a 10/10.

At the end of the meeting, we will present you with a beautiful proposal, which includes a full breakdown of all services and pricing, along with any specific goals or plans mentioned in the meeting.

Referral fees

Referral fees are 15% of the fees for financial services as quoted in the proposal.

You will be given a copy of the proposal at the same time as your client so you are in-the-loop the whole time. 

If we can, we pay the referral fee up front. This happens once the proposal and direct debit has been signed by the client. If a fee is particularly large, we may need to spread the cost out, most likely in line with the payments scheduled to come in from the client. If that is the case, we will discuss this with you beforehand and seek your approval in advance of sending the proposal.

Referral fees
